CxA Services was formed in 2009 and is a professional value driven commissioning services provider.  Our commissioning team, staff and management are a charter member of the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Commissioning Group.  


Our team has over 25 years of experience performing commissioning services for the federal government, healthcare, and other commercial clients.

We have successfully developed services in response to continued problems pertaining to building issues of modern construction projects.  


CxA provides an alternative delivery system for traditional start-up and construction project closeout activities as they relate to building systems.  We have been involved in numerous commissioning projects of various types, sizes, and occupancies, new construction and renovations. 


We have also been involved in commissioning of projects that have applied and received LEED Certifications (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) developed by the US Green Building Council.
